Thoroughly enjoyed the show, seating excellent. Radio City did Not have their act together with getting my Will Call tickets because I could not obtain mobile tickets on my phone. I paid extra to have tickets at the box office and almost was not let into the theatre. Was getting different info from different workers. This one particular employee was insistent that I did not have tickets until I pulled out my confirmation email thread with all of the transactions. Had it not been for this email, I would have not been allowed to see this show. Glad everything worked, but let people know about this very bad experience. RCMH need to get their act together regarding this issue. Thank you.
